Big Multi-layers Natural Gas Burning PVC Curing Tunnel Oven

Along with the coming new type BMW EV, a new factory in construction in North of China.
Luckily, NMT got a chance to join into this big project.
This oven adopts NG as heating source, to cure the cover of battery used in EV.
Size: 32m long, 6m high, and 4m wide, with lifter in loading and unloading station. Robot take and place parts
Total 7 heating layers, and one layer for tray returning. Curing temperature is around 180℃, total 70trays, whose C/T is around 45S. Sfter curing, the products will be cooled to 60℃.
The machine is also equipped with the exhausting gas system. Which makes the equipment environmental friendly.
