Industrial drying oven is necessary process of fiber production. NMT has cooperation with Henshen, Guangwei, and potential cooperation with AKSA.

The heating process typically involves applying heat to carbon fiber to bond resins, harden the material, or prepare it for further processing. The use of gas burners in such a heating tunnel offers an efficient way to generate high temperatures needed for these processes.

Tunnel Design and Insulation
The tunnel must be carefully designed to maintain temperature efficiency and protect the surrounding environment from excessive heat.
High-Temperature Insulation: Since the temperatures involved can reach up to 400°C (752°F) or higher, the tunnel walls and ceiling need to be lined with high-temperature insulation (e.g., ceramic fiber or mineral wool) to minimize heat loss and increase energy efficiency.
Sealed Environment: The tunnel should be airtight to prevent heat from escaping and to ensure that the temperature remains stable. This can be achieved through tight seals around the conveyor and doorways.
Tunnel Length and Width: The length and width of the tunnel will be determined by the size of the carbon fiber products being processed and the required dwell time for heat treatment.
Inlet of oven is also designed to avoid escape of heat and chemics.
