As a conveyor tunnel oven,
  • Precise Temperature Control: Safety airbag parts, such as fabric, inflators, and stitching materials, often require specific, precise heating to maintain their integrity and effectiveness. The oven should be capable of accurately controlling the temperature across different zones of the conveyor to ensure uniform heating.
  • Uniform Heat Distribution: The conveyor oven should be designed to distribute heat evenly along the entire length of the conveyor to avoid hot spots, which could cause inconsistent curing or damage to parts.
  • Adjustable Conveyor Speed: Depending on the material and process being used, the speed of the conveyor must be adjustable to ensure that each part is heated for the appropriate amount of time. This also ensures the desired mechanical properties and structural integrity of the airbag.
  • Humidity Control: In some cases, humidity control may be needed to prevent unwanted moisture from affecting materials. This is especially important for airbag fabrics or coatings that could degrade in the presence of moisture. In this case, the moisture could exhausted while energy saving.
