Along with the development of Electrical Vehicle, The battery becomes the key components of new energy vehicles. And the industrial oven are necessary in the manufacturing process of the battery pack such as drying and curing to ensure the performance and quality of the battery.

Industrial Oven can be used in the following aspects during battery pack manufacturing:

• 1. Drying: During the assembly process of the battery pack, certain components or materials need to be dried to remove moisture or volatile substances, ensuring the stability and safety of the battery pack.
• 2. Curing: After the battery pack is assembled, a curing process is required to solidify the adhesive or sealing materials inside the battery, improving the structural strength and sealing performance of the battery pack.
• 3. Thermal aging: By subjecting the battery pack to thermal aging treatment in the tunnel furnace, the performance changes of the battery pack over long-term usage can be simulated, evaluating the battery pack's lifespan and reliability.
